POLICIES
RESERVATION PAYMENT

Signature Event Rentals: $799 reservation payment

Wedding & Reception Package: $899 reservation payment​
Reservation payments secure your date and are applied toward your total package price.
REMAINING BALANCE
-
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
LATE PAYMENT
-
A 3-day grace period applies after the due date. If the balance remains unpaid, a $50 late fee may be assessed. Continued nonpayment may place the reservation at risk according to the Venue Rental Agreement.
DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS

A $500 temporary card authorization hold is placed 48 hours before the event and released after the post-event review if there are no damages or additional charges.
OVERTIME
-
Additional venue time is billed at $349 per hour.
EVENT INSURANCE
-
Event insurance is required for all bookings.
GENERAL VENUE RULES
-
No smoking is permitted. Alcohol is allowed indoors only. Guests are responsible for following all venue rules outlined in the Rental Agreement.
CANCELLATIONS & DATE CHANGES
-
Cancellation, refund, and date-transfer terms are governed by the Venue Rental Agreement. Please review the agreement carefully before booking.
